Standard VP-ASP Export
Any VP-ASP table including orders can be exported into a standard comma delimited format. This format is standard and is used by many packages as a way of importing and exporting data. The exporting facility can be used to:
- Import into an accounting package
- Keep backup of data
- Move data from one server to another
VP-ASP and Quick Books Integration
There are 2 solutions for QuickBooks and VPASP.
ATANDRA
Atandra's T-HUB solution provides QuickBooks integration (Pro, Premier, Enterprise and Point of Sale) for vpasp users. You can have your orders posted to QuickBooks with a single mouse click or automatically every 15 minutes. Simple installation process can get you started in a few minutes.

OureSolutions
As a Premier member of Intuit's Quickbooks Developer Network, OureSolutions are utilizing the qbXML-based SDK from Intuit to develop their Integrator application. The Integrator enables nominated orders to be downloaded from the store and added directly into Quickbooks as either a Sales Receipt or an Invoice.
The Integrator, which runs as a full Windows desktop application on your office PC, handles the entire process transparently. There is no need to import files into Quickbooks as the Integrator performs that function for you, and in the process will use Quickbooks' own business logic to ensure that added orders conform to the requirements of Quickbooks."

Enhanced VP-ASP Export
This facility is a free, on request, add-on that will export items from both the orders table and the oitems table into one export record. Fields from both tables can be selected.
Customized VP-ASP Export
New code can be written, for a fee, that exports data in the form you require. Data can be exported in almost any format your package requires.
