I just found a very interesting post at Practical Ecommerce about this topic.

I would be interested to hear from anyone about what they are doing now or if anyone is interested.
Our recent survey suggested that a lot of you are so we will be going ahead but now we need to work out what the best plan of attack is for you out to make sure you maximise your investment.
What have your experiences been so far? Good, bad, indifferent?
We ourselves are jumping into the video world by having a product video made which has so far been a lot of fun.

We use VPASP and are aobut to launch into EPOS and VPASP. Our other product, which is a horse riding school product ahs seen a 30% increase in online sales due to training videos.

I think this is a great idea. Network Solutions use this to sell and explain their other product ranges. ie SSL certificates, SEO etc. I reckon you guys could do the same for your add on services for example. Security audits and add-on modules etc. you should check out network solutions for ideas. their videos are brilliant. Good luck!
