We recently teamed up with Inside, an innovative, world-first service which allows you to view your store in real-time, monitor your customers’ behaviour and chat to them to convert!

While there are already systems available to track customer behaviour (Google Analytics etc), Inside allows you to interact with your customers in REAL TIME while they are browsing your store, you can chat with them to answer any questions they may have and even offer discount vouchers to encourage them to complete their order.
